The woman on the phone was very ride with a bad attitude. You can enforce your rules with insurance, but when speaking to a former patient trying to get an appointment with a Dr. I'm use to and trust, an unessesary attitude isn't appreciated. Check your records, I was seen while having the same insurance as I do now. Learn to be humble. Great Dr. Regardless. It's unfortunate your just considered trash when you really need your doctor. Find someone that will be there for you always and make consoderations. Thats humble!

I have been a patient of this office for several years and have referred my family members. The doctors and staff are extremely helpful and professional. I have been most impressed with their new audiologist Heidi. She fitted me with my hearing aids and my hearing has never been better. I would recommend this office without hesitation

I had consulted with Dr. Fliegelman for a second opinion on sinus surgery to fix a deviated septum. He was able to give me more details as to my exact condition and what other considerations I should be aware of, and made sure to set my expectations for what type of outcome could be expected from each type of procedure. He performed my surgery and since then, my issues with infections and breathing problems have been almost nonexistent.

I never review anyone or anything but this office I must. One star is even too much. This office is horrendous. Completely unprofessional. Billing department has no customer service skill. This is the rudest doctor facility I have ever dealt with. Dr. Levin miscoded my procedures in order to charge my insurance the highest fees possible. He administered the identical procedure to what I had done a few months earlier in essence to tell me what I already heard! When questioned they coincidentally recoded my procedure. In the meantime, while I was waiting for an updated bill they sent the initial charges to collections. When I called to ask this to be removed from collections the office manager did not return my call. I called again and she would not get on the phone without me pressing. She failed to announce who she was when she finally did get on the phone. She was abrupt, rude and condescending. Just so shocked by my entire experience with this office.

Went to have my sinuses looked at after being diagnosed by a regular doc. He came in the room said look back, stuck a camera up my nose and charged me $550 for a "nasal endoscopy - diagnosis"... I was already diagnosed , and i was never asked if it was okay to go through a endoscopy procedure. Looking into legal action to remove the fee under the patient consent act. OH and there is a $200 new patient fee.. so my sinus infection that was already diagnosed by a walk in cost $750....
