We took our children to their first time to Hawaii. Dilnavaz recommended The Hyatt Place at Waikiki beach. The hotel was great, it included breakfast and the rooms were spacious. We had a really good time. So glad that I didn’t have to do all the research myself and left it up to Dilnavaz to figure it all out for me. It was such a huge relief and sense of security knowing that all our requests were being taken care of. Thank you staff at flight centre.

Tracey helped my fiancé and I book a last minute trip to Las Vegas. She was extremely helpful and efficient. Although prices weren’t the best at the time, she made an effort to check multiple airlines and packages that would best suit our price range. We will definitely be calling her in the future. I’ve inquired for a vacation with an agent named Didac. Was sent some choices for packages but when reached out to again about another option, never heard from him.  I don’t know how comfortable can you be with an agency who seemed to just ghost you. I would’ve loved to be transferred to another agent if he was quite busy. He was quick to send those initial package options and making sure I click on his linksprobably for comission? if I do buy, but when they did not suffice and asked for another option-gone.  First and very last experience with this agency.

October 17 @11am spoke with an agent on the phone who had an Indian accent. Was not professional at all refused to help me unless I was purchasing a ticket right away I had so many questions and she didn’t want to answer any of them unless I was planning to book. I always like to ask all my questions before I blindly book something. I asked if the airline provided meals and what kind of meals it would be she said “oh my god”. Very very unprofessional please train your staff. She ended up hanging up on me refusing to answer my questions and then I called back 5 times no one is answering

If I could rate Dominque Dyon more than 5 stars I totally would. Me and my 2 friends had to cancel our trip to Bali and book another trip to Mexico, within a few days due to unseen circumstances and we were stuck in YVR. We called flight centre, and got in touch with Dominique Dyon who helped us so quick, and was super understanding and got us a really good deal! We bothered her with so many questions every few hours and she always answered with such a positive attitude. She made our stressful day, stress free. We talked about her the whole time we were in Mexico because we were so happy with her generosity. I will definitely be asking her for help again if I ever need to book another trip. I cannot recommend her enough. She's an amazing soul.

Tracey helped us book our first long trip with a little one. Very efficient and clear communication the entire time.

My wife and I have used Flight Center several times over the years and have always been happy. Our last few trips we have been working with Christina Bischoff at the West 4th Flight Center. Christina is incredible with all her knowledge. Her level of customer service is the Gold Standard now! We just booked another trip through Christina. We highly recommend asking for her when you plan your next trip!

We found that Natalie was very helpful, patient and very good at her job. Before Covid we used flight Center all the time and had a very good travel consultant at the time but now no longer works there. We got lucky to find another one.

Dilnavaz has been amazing booking my flights, especially since I’ve needed to make changes along the way. She’s managed to keep me with the same airlines and partners to ensure I use the credits from the changes instead of paying more out of pocket.  Amazing work!

Didac was incredibly efficient, knowledgable, and patient when booking my flight. I would ask for him next time I travel.
