Flight Centre Chilliwack

We have arranged and purchased all of our travel needs from the Chilliwack Flight Centre for many years. From tickets, all inclusive packages, tour packages to Egypt and travel insurance we have always ended up with great products and service and always at the best price. More importantly the service we have received has always been OUTSTANDING!! We have always dealt with Tammie Brownlow since day one. We have always found Tammie to be extremely polite and friendly and someone that always goes out of her way to make sure that everything is done right and that everything is covered prior to leaving on our trips. The amount of time and energy she has put into arranging our trips is GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Flight Centre is really lucky to have Tammie working for them. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tammie to anyone that is looking to travel or is looking at getting travel insurance. She is extremely knowledgeable about traveling and insurance and always goes out of her way to make you feel like you are not just a number but a person. Rarely do you find customer service this AMAZING these days!! Keep up the GREAT WORK Tammie and know that your customers really do APPRECIATE all you do : ) Heidi and Mike

My mother tried booking a flight for me from Saskatoon to Toronto. She was told there would be an 8 hour lay over from Saskatoon for my connecting flight and booked my flight from Regina. I searched myself on-line and found a flight from Saskatoon to Toronto with a 3 hour layover. Flight Center now wants to charge a $400.00 change fee! Unbelievable! Now I am having to drive 3 hours and stay overnight in a hotel.

Booked a cruise. Haven't left yet, but I think the booking was fine. Just the communications were a little rough as the agent was away a lot and I ended up dealing with other agents or ones that said they couldn't access her files. A little frustrating, but hopefully all goes OK.

Go see Matt K. here, he did his best to get me as good a deal, but also really impressive customer service from everyone there.

I've used them once but the deal is got was fantastic. Not an advertised deal but they actually looked to find me a good price for where I wanted to go.
