I am disgusted that Google has allowed a disputed, inaccurate, bitterly negative review to stand as the only evaluation of this reputable company for over 5 years, despite numerous protestations. In my opinion the credibility of the review is destroyed by the anonymous nature of the rant and the fact that the writer was not even present at the time of the so-called incident. It appears to refer to a matter involving a coach supplier no longer in the picture, and over which Rainbow Country Travel never had any jurisdiction. To the hothead who posted this and the search engine who allowed it to stand in the public domain all this time, shame on you. I would suggest, if you insist on judging a company you haven't even had first-hand experience with, you speak to some of the thousands of loyal and appreciative clients Rainbow Country Travel have satisfied in its 20+ years of doing business.

My girlfriend and her sister bought tickets to a concert through these clowns. The package included transportation from Abbotsford (where they live) to Vancouver (where the concert was taking place). The problems they had started from the moment they got picked up to the moment they complained to the business. First, the instructions as to where to meet the bus were incorrect. They were told that the bus would pick them up at Zellers in Abbotsford. Wrong. Turns out that the bus was actually in front of Tim Horton's. They found out just before the bus was about to leave, as someone pointed to an unmarked bus in the distance and they rushed over to ask the driver if that was the bus to the concert. When they complained to the business, they were told that the instructions clearly stated that the pickup location was Tim Hortons. Wrong. It was written right on the ticket that the pick up location was Zellers. On the way to Vancouver, the driver had to stop in Langley for another pick up. It seems as if the idiots that run this business also gave out the wrong directions to some of the ticket holders who lived in Langley because they went to the wrong location. Or it could be that they gave the driver the wrong location for the pick up. Either way, more stupidity. The gong show continued with their arrival in Vancouver - about three hours after the pick up in Abbotsford (and traffic wasn't heavy). Because they were cutting it close to the start of the concert, the driver announced that there probably wasn't enough time for anyone to go anywhere for a nice dinner (no s@#t, Sherlock) but that the Costco across from Rogers Arena served up some nice hotdogs. I am not kidding. On the way back from the concert, they were exposed to the irritating sound of a warning alarm going off for the entire journey back. What makes this worse is that it was apparently the warning alarm for the brakes, that they needed to be serviced. Isn't there some kind of regulation the prohibits the operation of a vehicle under these circumstances? Are these idiots really so stupid as to jeopardize the lives of their passengers over the cost of a brake job? Anyway, when they called to complain, they spoke first to a woman and then to a man. Both were in denial over the problems and trivialized their concerns. They also didn't seem to think that it was a big deal that the brakes were shot. The woman apparently commented that the bus was scheduled to go into the shop. What a total gong show. So...if you value your time, do not do business with these morons - because they don't care about it. If you appreciate a nice meal before a concert, do not do business with these clowns - they seem to think that a hot dog passes for a nice meal. If you appreciate good customer service and expect a respectful response to your concerns, don't do business with these idiots - they do not care about their customers. And, finally, if you value your life, do not do business with these morons - as they seem to be quite unconcerned over putting lives at risk.
