Fleet Feet Sports PDX - Lake Oswego

Great experience! I came in looking for a pair of trail running shoes. The woman who helped me was wonderful and I feel bad that I don't remember her name. She clearly knew what kind of shoe would be best for my foot and took the time to help me try on several different shoes. She took a scan of my feet and was able to find shoes that fit me perfectly (I need a wider toe box). I got to try the shoes on and run a short distance while she watched, to make sure that the shoes fit and that I liked them. She was also very welcoming - running is not my strongest sport - but there was no judgment at all and I felt comfortable talking to her about my needs even though it was pretty obvious I'm not exactly a marathon runner. I am extremely happy with my purchase. She also helped me find a great fitting sports bra and some comfy socks :)

I really felt you were trying to find the best shoes for me. I’m glad I tried a new store. I enjoyed learning about my feet with the fit id. I’m bring my husband in for new shoes soon!

Your staff is knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. As a fat athlete, I appreciate the supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere your staff create. I always feel welcomed and valued in your stores. They make recommendations, answer all my questions, listen to my concerns, and always get me what I need. It's why I'm a repeat customer and always will be.

Excellent customer service! Great knowledge of all products in the store and really helped my daughter find the best shoes for her. Quality merchandise at the store as well. We will be back!
