Flathead Health & Fitness is more than just a gym to me, it is my second family. Everyone there is friendly and the staff themselves work to new levels setting the bar high for others to achieve their goals. Recently they added heart rate training classes and also heart rate training g throughout the gym. Since using this feature my training has gone to another level. The cardio machines have all been updated! The variety of classes builds a well rounded routine for training!

I started using the equipment at flathead health and fitness because I am a patient at PTA and I fell in love with the facility. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful. I would drive past every other gym to get to this one ❤️

Great gym! super helpful staff, clean facility and amazing group classes  with an option for everyone. Excellent price is a plus

The facility is super clean, the staff are always  incredibly friendly. The prices are very inexpensive. They have a lot of variety of classes, as well as personal trainers and physical therapist on site and on staff.  The owner is friendly and helpful!!!

I personally have had an amazing experience with the owner and staff...They have gone above and beyond with customer satisfaction. The facility is clean and the owner is always available for questions. Thank you!
