My husband and I have a few rental properties and we decided to use a flat fee broker service for the first time to sell a property. After reading reviews, we decided to use Flat Fee MLS Realty and we have been very happy with the experience. There is a buyer’s agent fee at closing and an additional small fee only if you use an outside title company; however, all of this is disclosed upfront and is minimal compared to the overall savings. We will be saving over $5,000 on a $240,000 property versus a traditional listing. I was impressed by the additional services available, including title company services, use of an app for agents to schedule showings, and financial/lending services, which makes this a “one-stop” solution for selling a home. By using this service rather than selling as a FSBO, it is a seamless process for potential buyers and their agents, many of whom are more comfortable knowing a listing agent is involved. Plus you get the exposure thru the MLS listing, which is critical. Buyer’s agents can easily schedule showings and you receive a text message to confirm or reschedule if needed. The process was much easier than we expected. Flat Fee MLS Realty was also very responsive to our MLS change requests, and we had several changes along the way. They always beat their stated turn-around time when we submitted a request. We currently have a pending offer on our home and are using their title company, which has been a great experience as well. In fact, we are about to list another property and will be using Flat Fee MLS Realty again. They provide great value for the service. We are happy we selected a responsive service to list our property on the MLS, but you get much more than that….you get access to all the other services that make the process seamless even for a newbie seller.

I have sold many homes with MLS listing services; this is the first time that I have seen a listing service wanting to collect a fee from the buyer’s agent and the seller. This is completely outrageous and, in my opinion, misleading and deceptive. With the additional fees that they charge would bring this MLS listing service and an additional $1,000. They try to justify it by telling you how much you saved in commissions, but there many other MLS companies that charge you only the FLAT fee that they tell you to list the property. Read the fine print, avoid this company unless you want to pay them additional money. Oh yeah, they will waive your fee if you use their title company, no thanks, I will use my own title company and use an MLS service that deals honestly and with integrity.  This Company says he is saving me $38,000 in commissions, so is every other MLS listing company. But the other MLS listing companies do not charge the buyer and seller additional fees. By avoiding this company you will put a couple more thousands in your pocket and keep it out of his!!!

I'm so pleased with Flat Fee MLS Realty! I saved over $6,000 in commissions and their system is very user friendly! Highly recommend and will use them again.

I feel like this company Screwed me bad with their in house title company excel. Lost out by $15k by using them.  Ran away my buyers claiming my title needed quiet title.  Had to find out from buyers realtor instead of them contacting me and giving me options   They do bare minimum and only look out for themselves. Screw your overpriced quiet title. Trying to make money off sellers instead they will make you lose money.  2nd and last time using them.

Flat Fee was referred to me from a non-active realtor friend. Flat Fee was prompt to respond to all requests.  The realtor for the buyer was apprehensive about it but then had no complaints as everything went smoothly.  While we had about 50 showings in 4 days this was the only thing that had me stressed but Flat Fee was on top of every request. Would I do it again or recommend it? Definitely!

After listing my home with Flat Fee MLS it sold very quickly. I was happy the transaction was easy and we closed when we were told with no issues.

We recently used this company to sell our home. By far the best deal going I saved  $16,300. Would I use them again? YES.

Great way to sell your house. Literally save Thousands. My experience has 100% been that the listing agent only lists the house. The buyer's agent is the one that brings the buyer in. This is the do it yourself of selling Real Estate. On a $300k house you save 7,500 at 2.5% to 9,000 at 3% depending on what percentage you agree to pay Buyer's agent. I literally would have saved over 20K if I would have started this 5 years ago. I'm sharing this with everyone I know that's selling their house.
