Fair price and good service. The staff is super nice and friendly. They did the job within a reasonable time. I strongly recommend it.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a body shop. Not only did they make me pay in full before giving my truck back had to come back for parts missing and paint job It was agreed when the truck was back for painting I'd pay extra for them to detail the inside so that I'd be getting a "new" truck back. They told me it would take 4 days. It took 9 days and they never detailed the truck. They also took off the tunnel cover and I needed to ask them to put it back on. The cherry on the cake was that I had forgotten some business receipts in the loaner car that were thrown out by them. Never go here

Yesterday they delivered my car and from what I see and I keep looking , I didn't find any imperfections in the repair, they did a very professional job, it was very well painted and very clean, the esthetic details are very good, my car even looks like new after the repair , thanks to Fix de rue D'iberville for such a good job, congratulations. Since the survey to win 1000$ doesn’t work, Nop the code doesn’t work, probably didn’t want to get bad review to HQ. I will do a review on google. Service was very basic, the person who serve me was lost like I am. He was friendly, but he is completely lost.He is trying very hard, so since he is new, I gave him a chance to do the right thing. After inspection and the insurance approval, they told me they got a new bumper but i need to leave my car to match the color for my new bumper. I agreed to leave my car for 2 days, end up getting my car a couple days later and the person who served me, told me that the white I have on my car is too hard to match.. told me to give them extra time if I want the right color.. I thought by leaving my car they should be able to match the color, and it still came out a little different.. it’s a business car, I already gave then time to match the color and still can’t manage to match it.. boy that’s sad. if maybe I knew they weren’t able to do it correctly, i should have brought my car to a more experienced Body Shop garage. Everyone is nice. But no one is experienced in what they do.
