I was very pleasantly surprised at the great service and great employees. I do not know much about Cars but they took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and asked how i wanted to proceed before doing the work or sticking me with the bill. They do good work, but are a bit on the expensive side, frequently upsell and will sometimes do extra work without your permission. One time I got my car back from them after a tire/oil change and was told they replaced my windshield wiper blades because they were worn out. Another time, they billed me for some kind of seasonal inspection that I never asked for. Again, the work they do is good, but it's a hassle dealing with the deception and there are plenty of other shops in this neighbourhood that are, in my opinion, better. I only ever went here because I lived across the street and it was convenient.Services: Oil change

This is an excellent garage. I know very little about mechanics, yet when I turned up with a friend's car, I felt they dealt with me respectfully and reasonably. The tow guy warned me that the car was dead: Levon at Pap had it fixed and ready to drive away within 24 hours. And this for an extremely reasonable price. Now I recommend them to all my friends!

I have been Pap`s client since 2008 and no matter where I live or move within Montreal area I will always fix my car there. Excellent mechanic and on top of that honest and respectful - very rare treat these days. After several hit and miss attempts including dealerships worse of them all now I know where is the place to go. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome. Came in there at 7:30 a.m. with a flat tire. They patched it up, fixed the rim and put it back on in half an hour. Charged me barely anything. Awesome guys and they have nice plants in the front too. Ralph is the man!
