Exceeded my expectations in all areas. Being well aware of how body shops scam unknowing customers and gouge them for ever more and more money I apprehensively took my vehicle to Joe and his team to be repaired. He quoted me well below any other place I had visited and despite being a difficult job, he stuck to his price and did an absolutely amazing job. Not only that but he finished several days sooner than I expected. The repair is indistinguishable from brand new. Joe is very polite and runs his business in an honest and conscientious manner. He connects with his customers and is extremely empathetic to their individual needs and situations. He knows getting your car damaged is a heart breaking process and he does everything to ease you through the recovery. I am very satisfied by the service I received and very impressed with Joe and his team. I would most definitely recommend this place to others who are looking for an affordable and reliable repair.

I want to thank Joe and Anthony who made things so straight forward and easy.  Joe made me feel at ease with the work that was going to be done to my vehicle and he and Anthony fixed all the issues within a timely fashion.  I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know as I now have a shop I can depend on and trust.

Excellent job at Fix Auto.

On Superbowl night, someone bumped my car doing a slight dent.  Sounds minor, but my car is a new Alfa Romeo and I just got it last fall.  You wouldn't believe how mad I was that night.  Took my car to this location, met Joe, and he handled my door dent.

Friendly, reassuring, and he gave me some car tips as we checked out the damage together.

Left it there one morning, had it repaired by lunch time, and picked it up when I was free in the afternoon.

All done and looks great.  Happy.

My boss at work put me in touch with FIX Auto. Now, myself, like most people are wary of car salesmen, mechanics and body shops. Joe has at least eliminated the worry about body shops. 
Upon meeting Joe I felt at ease and he helped deal  deal with the adjusters. 
 Someone backed into drivers door of my RAM. His team were able to replace door and blended the new paint onto fender and rear door. The repair is invisible. 
When I went to pick up my truck, Allie, even had a sticker book for my grand daughter to pass the time with while we took care of the bill. Kudos to all.

My sister had this auto body recommended to repair her car. Joe and his team did such a great job that the repair is completely invisible. Joe also was so personable that he made this completely stress-free for her. Thank you Joe.
