First thing I must say Is , They have some amazing ass cookies there!!!! Hell Ill bring my car back if ever need be so I can eat them! They did an amazing job fixing my back bumper! These people have a Great passion for Craftsman ship. They gave me a brand new 2017 Hyundai as a loner car witch was great for a change!! I really appreciate the effort they put into making sure you are happy  costumer!! Take your car here if you are looking for top notch quality and customer Care!!

Very helpful staff. Did my icbc claim. Make sure to work with Thomas or Brandon,they are very detail oriented.

Absolute disaster, go anywhere else. Brought my sienna in for a significant front end repair. They fixed everything, we thought, and gave it back to us with a broken power folding mirror. They tried to tell my wife that it was a already broken and we were just trying to get a new mirror installed for free (totally false). A few months later we noticed that the paint on the bumper was peeling off. They agreed to fix the paint. When we got the van back, we noticed that we were missing the Toyota Bluetooth headphones, an air compressor and some misc stuff. We called fix auto and they then told us that someone had broken in to their shop and stolen a few things but they didn't think our vehicle was affected. Thieves could have taken my garage door opener, read my address off the insurance and helped themselves.  This happened right before i went away on business for a couple days and left my wife and two small children at risk. I wish you could give negative stars. Fix Auto was a massive failure for my family. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

They did a great job fixing my car 
Friendly staff and clean lot/office. 
I will return here in the future if my vehicles need autobody repairs.

Ironically they are an accident repair place, meanwhile one of their cars with their business advertisement on it excessively speeds through our residential neighbourhood, squealing tires around every corner.  Is this how you drum up new accident repairs?
