This place used to be good but things have changed. They are way too busy for their own good and this will likely come at the expense of quality. I went there this morning for a new repair and was greeted quite rudely when I explained that I need to brink a car in for repair but did not have an appointment. The person says bring it back tomorrow, as if people have time during a work week to accommodate their business. I went to Avenue Body Shop and was treated with great courtesy.

It took the better part of 2 months before they had an opening so that I could get my vehicle in for a repair. Once they had it, the repair time went from 4 days to 2 weeks (it was a simple repair). Every person that I spoke with had a different reason as to why the repair time kept increasing. I ended up retrieving the vehicle without having any work done and I'll take it somewhere else.

Do not recommend - my car was booked 5 weeks in advance - No courtesy car available!! Then the car took two weeks to fix, because they needed another part! Then calling Hertz, who seem to have the practice of not explaining costs!

Everyone I have ever dealt with at this shop is extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. They will even refer you somewhere else if they believe that is the best option for you. Very impressive! Great quality of work as well.

Great experience. Staff helped me through the process which reduced my stress. I appreciated the ability to drop off my vehicle outside business hours.
