My review went from a 5 to about 1-2 stars. I DO NOT like how the ATM at this location keeps your card during the whole transaction. It makes it easier to forget your card, or should something go wrong, you simply wouldn't get it back. Which is not cool because it still could be used elsewhere.

Staff is friendly and courteous. They treat you like family.

This bank charged me a 'returned mail fee' erroneously. When I told them that the charge was in error, the refunded it and closed my account. The voicemail I had left for an agent in regards to the fee was never returned, and I only found out about my account being closed by calling in a third time to the branch.
