Well lit and nicely maintained place. The staff are super friendly. I ordered burger and it was served very quickly. They still serve roasted peanuts in this place as the Seattle locations don’t give them anymore.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
5 guys is, at best, ok. Their fries are good, their burgers are big & when you ask for EXTRA toppings, they are always on there. Biggest issue is the lack of seasoning on the burgers. They could be so much better if they would add salt & pepper to the cooking process. I give 5 guys a solid 3 but they could be a 4 or 5 if they would season the meat.
I'll start with the milkshake. I got peanut butter amd itbwas perfectly think amd creamy. You could even take the peanut butter at the bottom- it was real peanut butter. The whip cream was delicious. Overall very happy amd satisfied with my shake. I got a cheeseburger with everything on it and it was also- Yum. Great Location! Right off the highway, super fast and easy to get to.
It's a little more expensive than a typical burger place because at the end of the day it's still just a burger, I get it. However, this is freshness you can taste. You pay for quality and you get quality here. From the fresh meat to all the toppings being fresh as well. Free peanuts is a nice touch too not that you'll be hungry enough to eat them. Five guys is known for their over heaping fries, which are also fresh and you can taste that too. It's a very simple menu and experience but what they do they do very very well. The place was very clean with clean restrooms. It seemed the workers take pride in the place from the time we ordered to the cleanliness to the attention to order correctness. A+
This is a burger lovers go to stop when you don't want to take a chance when it comes to knowing what your going to get and getting what you want consistently. Fair prices with more burger options than one would expect along with topping choices. The double stuff milk shake is bar non the best you will probably find in Missoula. Definitely would recommend to family an friends two thumbs up!! Job well done!
Great hamburgers with even better french fries served by speedy cheerful staff. The peanuts that are open and free for customers to take and eat make a wonderful appetizer. There is a few tables outside so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat your customized burger and overflowing fries.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
This place is so simple but the food is outstanding! Old school burgers, fries and shakes. I love all the peanuts on the ground while I wait in line and just soak the atmosphere up. Only downside is trying to turn into the parking lot!Food: 5/5
They use to be really good, but in the last 2 weeks their quality has gone way down. The fries now are soggy with grease and not crisp like they use to be and my burger had grease on the bun. The problem with the fries is one night I watched them poor cold cooking oil into the vat and then put a basket of fries in it about 1 minute later without letting the cold cooking oil time to heat up to the correct temperature and that's why the fries are now soggy with grease instead of being crisp. I do not plan on eating there again and I use to recommend Five Guys to friends and now I will not recommend them to anyone.
I have been to this location several times, and the soda machines are almost always in dysfunction. The lines seem to all be crossed for the flavors, and nothing seems to have been done to fix it for more than a month now. Food is always great, but not having good drink accompaniment is a big let down.
The food is great, but the challenges encountered trying to order have really impacted my appreciation for the restaurant. The hours of operation posted online and provided through their automated voicemail service are incredibly inaccurate, and the delivery options through multiple apps have very limited windows to place the order that also fail to align with the business's hours of operation.
