Fitz's Classic Grill BBQ Smoke House

I have been here numerous times, almost weekly when we're not in lockdown. This place never disappoints me. The food is top notch and the staff are always fun and friendly.

Ordered takeout from Fitz's on Friday night. They did not include the full order on delivery. Called the restaurant to let them know and to address the issue. No one answered so left a voicemail. It was 3 days ago and the call still had not been returned.

This was our first time ordering Fitz's and everything was fantastic! The best bbq we have found so far in Ottawa and we have tried quite a few. The brisket was the best we have ever had anywhere! Fitz's is our new go-to for BBQ.

This establishment is able to rectify mistakes in a timely and professional manner. It brings me hope that businesses can still exceed in customer service this day and age. It's rare to find. The food is also delicious. I will be a returning customer. Thank you.

OMG...that was amazing!!! Great value for TONS of food, so delicious. Perfect Birthday meal...exactly what I wanted and craved. Thanks Fitz!

Real good bbq. The Mac n cheese was so great

First time trying Fitz and my boyfriend is in love. He got the triple platter with jerk chicken, ribs, smoked sausage and Mac and cheese. He said everything was cooked perfectly and the sauces were amazing. I tried a bite of the Mac and cheese and it was incredible. Will be ordering from here again!
