A gym full of false advertising. The service when you arrive is friendly and they try to sell you everything, they make you sign contracts with high rates and without explaining or showing you what you are signing. They talk to you and show you the rates quickly without explaining what signing up implies. My boyfriend and I chose the most expensive monthly but supposedly free to cancel at any time, they charge you $50 registration and $50 per month annually. And $20 biweekly. When we wanted to cancel after 4 months they forced us to pay $60 dollars equivalent to a month and a half without having the right to use it. The floor is always full and dirty as well as the women's bathrooms. I suggest going to YMCA or Anytime Fitness for better treatment without hidden information.
Yesterday I went to the gym with a friend of mine trying to inspire her to start working out. when we got there we spent 30 minutes waiting to be called to do the membership, 10m they offered us the massage chair, which is fine, but after waiting for that long time we were in a speech for 1 HOUR where the girl was trying to sell us a service with 50% off.. we already told her we wouldn’t want it and she kept trying to convice which was pretty annoying.. she called someone else to talk to us and keep convincing after a lots of NO. I really enjoy this place to working out, but if you are doing your membership you better do it somewhere else.
It's a pretty good gym for the price. It has everything you need. Just don't go during the busy times or be prepared to wait. Alot of people don't seem to understand basic gym etiquette. Basic wipe down, putting away weights, holding on to equipment and machines forever.
Marilou has been such a fantastic trainer! She’s super supportive, knowledgeable, and always makes the workouts challenging yet fun. I’ve seen so much progress since I started training with her, and I feel stronger and more confident every week.nnShe really takes the time to understand your goals and personalizes the sessions to fit your needs. On top of that, her positive energy and encouragement always keep me motivated, even on days when I’m not feeling my best.nnThank you, Marilou, for all your guidance and support—you’re the best! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional trainer!
This review is for their personal training program. I always found the gym to be intimidating because I wasn’t sure how to use all of the machines and am new to weight lifting. I trained with Andrea for two months and learned so much from her about muscle activation, injury prevention and weight lifting. She really helped give me the confidence I needed to start using barbells and to use different machines safely and properly.
