Came to the gym looking for information to find no one at the desk. Had to wander in to find the manager in the back, she seemed put off I was requesting information from her. Went on to planet fitness, a much smoother, friendlier process!

visited for the first time in a couple weeks...glad to see people are actually cleaning this place now! You get what you pay for at the price, if you want a high-end experience this isn’t the gym for you.

Terrible customer service. They expect me to come back to Canada from Korea to correct their mistake.

Change rooms are dirty, bathroom counter always covered in water with no paper towels to be seen, tons of thefts from lockers. But worst of all is the customer service. This gym is cheap and it shows it.
