Fit Experience

The gym itself was average at best... horrible hours of operation and the entire downstairs (free weights and classes) had a pungent odor of mold and mildew. I could have dealt with it being overcrowded during what any reasonable person would consider 'normal' gym hours, but the staff left far too much to be desired. After continuing to try and charge me a monthly membership fee I finally went in and cancelled my membership and the girl behind the desk said I could get a refund or a few months worth of free membership for being overcharged. She said I would need to speak with the owners who were on vacation at the time, but that is what they would normally do in my situation. I decided to let the whole thing go, it wasn't worth my time to follow up and I really didn't want to go back, even for free. Two months later I get another phone call that they are STILL trying to charge me for a membership! Enough is enough. I told the very rude woman I spoke with to have the owners call me if they ever come in. Finally, one of the owners called me back and said she wasn't willing to do anything to make it right. She was comfortable with me paying hundreds of dollars for services which I had cancelled and never received. She didn't seem to care that they were STILL trying to charge me for a membership! I said I would write a review warning people that this is how they do business if she insisted on being so rude to me. She responded with "I don't care what you do"! Wow... it's not often I write reviews, but these people were just too much. Do yourself a favor and don't get involved with this gym. You will regret it.

Beautiful place but Hours Suck....Saturday closed at 5???? Really, so either do your chores another day or go workout...not both!!!

Been going here for years. Very clean, most of the staff is friendly, large locker rooms, there are a lot of classes offered. My only complaints are the hours - they close to early and the monthly price is a little steep
