Story

Alpha Fitness is a full-service fitness center in Newton, NJ! We strive to be the gym that has it all! Our goal is to provide unparalleled service, facility, programs and equipment to inspire everyone to meet their maximum potential. At Alpha Fitness not a single aspect of the member experience is overlooked. WE ARE TEAM ALPHA!

We offer many specific workout areas to meet every person’s needs:
*An extensive cardio area including several types of state of the art cardiovascular training-related equipment such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, arc trainers, stationary exercise bikes, steppers, stairmill, and rowing machines;
*Top of the line selectorized equipment targeting every major muscle group, featuring Atlantis, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Icarian;
*The county’s largest free weight room featuring two sets of dumbbells ranging from 5-225lbs and over 50 pieces of the best free weight equipment, featuring Hammer Strength, Nebula, Atlantis, and Icarian;
*Rubberized dumbbells ranging from 5-100lbs;
*Customized seven station cable cross machine;
*A boxing room complete with heavy bags, battle ropes, and speed bags.
*A modern 3,000 square foot group classroom that offers an array of group exercise classes delivered by the best instructors in the industry, including but not limited to Spin, Les Mills Bodypump, Pound, High Intensity Interval Training, Kickboxing, Boxing Bootcamp, Kettlebell Training, Tabata, Step, Yoga, Pilates, PiYo, Hip Hop Dance, and Zumba.

We have certified personal trainers on staff who are accessible to members for training/fitness/health advice and consultation. We will also be adding child care in May 2016. We look forward to helping you reach new levels in health and wellness!
