All you can eat Sushi. Bring your own wine/beer. Soft drinks available. They have a 2 hour limit. You are given a tablet where you choose items you want. It's best to order multiple orders of each item to maximize eating ability. There Should be no one leaving hungry. There was a full house when we arrived so I assumed this was a sign the food is good. We definitely enjoyed our dining experience here. Give Fisshu a try.
I think most people would admit, that they have amazing sushi! I really liked their salmon roses. They were amazing! I got our sushi in record time and I enjoyed it a lot. Salmon and tuna are fresh thought, I liked their salmon better than their tuna. But, in sum, if you like sushi like me you will enjoy this place!
I ate here 3 days in a row. Once for dinner, twice for lunch with my work colleagues. It’s that good. I’m from Vancouver so we have a lot of great sushi for comparison. Fisshu is on par with what we have in Vancouver and is certainly one of the best value and quality in Montreal. I’d come back for sure.
Totally disappointed with the experience from start to finish. -Reservation: on the website it was easy. And I left a message requesting some courtesy as I was celebrating a birthday. I received an email with instructions and one of them is that someone was to contact me. If that didn't happen, I was to contact them by phone. Which happened as they never contacted me. -Arrival at the place: I don't know why the reservation is made if they didn't have anything ready, neither the table, nor something "special" for the birthday or anything. Additionally, I found a message in which it said that you could only stay in the establishment for an hour and a half. Which makes no sense, as long as you keep consuming. Neither on the web page, nor in the call did they mention this condition. Additionally, on the menu there was a warning that if the plate was not left empty, the customer would be fined an amount of money. -Food ordering: It is done through a tablet which I found convenient, however there is no record of what is ordered versus what has already been brought to the table. According to the photos, I ordered a large amount of food and they didn't even bring me half of it. We had the impression that they were taking our food to other tables nearby, because food was always arriving, but not to ours. My guest and I lasted more than an hour from 19:04 last order to 20:15 of the next order without receiving food or ordering because we were afraid that they were going to bring us that amount of food and we would not be able to consume it. I asked a waiter what was going on and he told us that the food was coming, which never happened. I asked another waiter again, he did not tell us to place our order and that he would bring us the food immediately. So the order was placed at 20:15, and the food was brought to us. However, everything we had already ordered was lost, to which the waiter replied "you must have a memory to know what you eat and what you have been brought". If I wanted to play memory games I wouldn't go to that restaurant. The only thing to highlight is the quality of the food. Delicious, but the customer service is lousy. The control of what is ordered versus what is brought to the table is non-existent.
It was a rush atmosphere. We could have finished the dishes we ordered. But we couldn’t, they charged extra!!! Although they gave 10% for coming back, but still in a rush! The sushi tastes are up to my friend‘s standard. All in all, she is happy with what she chose!Recommended dishesPlate of Sushi
The setup is quite intimate with the touch of a little candle when we were seated. The sashimi was fresh and delicious. The rolls and sushi were okay, we only liked the torched and eel ones. The sides were quite hard and bland, besides the mushroom and beef plate. Overall it was an okay experience.Food: 3/5
I've been going to this place for years and I've never had a bad experience yet. I've organized many decently big group parties here 8-12 people with no issue. The service is quick staff is super nice. The food is great one of the best all-you-can-eat sushi and fusion in the city In my opinion! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great sushi and a fun experience. The tablet ordering is a great added feature now. Just went back after they've been closed for a while still good. Keep it up I'll keep coming back.
Highly recommend! Constantly replacing dirty plates with new ones and waitress was smiling and having a good conversation with us. A very fair variety of sushi rolls, sashimi sliced nice and thick, kitchen dishes, soups, and beverages. Really enjoyed grilled scallops; would fill myself with only those if I had to pick one dish.
Sashimi is quite fresh. Spicy salmon shushi is something you must try . With the affordable price ,it is unquestionably loved by everyone. BYOB too.
Great food but service is a bit slow. The place is full too so maybe they’re busy. I hope they have tablets for ordering in that way it might get faster and easier to order.
