Bloom Sushi

The experiment we had was unexpectedly exceptional and unique. We went there for our 5 year anniversary, it was quiet. They let us choose our spot, we sat in front of the kitchen to see how the food was prepared, the way the chef presents the food and plates is a show on its own. Staff was courteous and professional, ready and knowledgable they were able to answer our questions about the menu. Now about the food, it felt like top quality ingredients prepared perfectly, assembled with care. We could feel freshness and the combinations of flavors was a delicacy. We recommend to anyone looking for a sushi experience in the old port.

Visited October 2022: We ordered take out to go from this location online, intrigued by the various vegetarian friendly options. Upon arriving, the staff were extremely helpful with getting us our order. All of the sushi we received were delicious and creative! The apple one and sweet potato tasted great! Would order here again next time we're in the area.

The food here tasted amazing!! I loved the different options they had and the style of the menu since it had pictures. One of the best places I’ve had sushi and the combinations were so unique despite it being vegan! The service was also really good and the presentation of the food was gorgeous. Will definitely come back here!

Extremely delicious vegan food. Great service. Good atmosphere. Table for two was a little small. Somewhat pricey but justified by the quality. Very tourist friendly.

Had amazing food! The service was wonderful but very slow, but I think they just need more people, I can tell they are all working so hard there. But once we placed our orders the food came like lightening speed, and it was all super delicious. I can’t wait to come back.

Visited here during our trip to Montreal and everything was delicious! As someone who is allergic to most fish it was great to enjoy sushi and not have to worry about allergies. Great ambiance in the restaurant, good service and food came out very quickly. Everything tasted delicious. Definitely recommend.

Lovely vegan sushi restaurant in Old port. There’s Omakase set and you can try their popular flavors at one plate. All sushi are tasty and feel healthy. Gyoza and the sauce was good, and there’s some Japanese tea too.

We booked a table for two, there wasn't any waiting time at all, the host quickly attended to us and the service is excellent. We ordered the Okamase, which included gyoza, miso soup and 16 variety of VEGAN sushi... I was skeptical at first but I was blown away, if I didn't know it was vegan I couldn't tell. We also had salmon sashimi and poke bowl which was pretty interesting! Overall great taste and vibe!

Best sushi experience I’ve had. As a vegetarian I’m usually limited on what I can eat so to have the option of eating anything on the menu, and especially with how great it all tasted, was a revelation. The staff were very friendly too. Please bring this to Vancouver!!

It is hard to believe it is completely vegan! Wonderful taste and the staff is so friendly it is a place you don't want to miss. Quite expensive but definitely worth every penny. A vegan treat you will want more than once.
