great fish and chips in the middle of nowhere style strip mall amidst a highly residential area in Scarberia ... I don't know why ppl complain about pricing when we're just coming out of/grappling with a pandemic. support your local small business if anything. while the fries didn't seem fresh cut it was a perfect example of how to do them so they're nice n crispy. also the tartar sauce was very yummy seemed homemade

Prices have all gone up. Lunch special wasnt available at 3:30 pm although the signage did not say its only until 3 pm. Too oily, too much batter and not enough fish. They gave me a fork for my take-out but I had to ask for a knife. Like really? There are ways to save money, saving on knives is not one of them. Not planning to eat here again. CASH AND DEBIT ONLY.

The fish was cooked properly but unfortunately lacked flavour and the batter was too light. Chips were cooked ok after I asked for them to be well done. Gravy was good. The couple running it did not seem very customer oriented and unfortunately appeared as rude even though I hope that wasn't their intention.

Just bought some lunch special over the phone but from the very first chat the lady was quite rude and when we arrived to pick up I was told that it will take 10 mins but they only started to cook when I arrived and gave me lots of attitude when asking for extra fork and I know she was speaking rudely about me with her husband in Mandarin. I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN.

Lunch Time special is only $10.00. the fish and chips are great. They are not over cooked and are fresh every time.

Good fish and chips place, I believe it is family owned. Went with my mom one day while my grandpa got a hair cut in the plaza. The place is not visually pleasing, but the food and service are great, so I still give it a 4 star! Only thing I had to say was the washroom was a little scary and had a strong musty smell. I recommend this place for breakfast!

Stumbled upon this place last year. SO thankful! FANTASTIC fish and chips. Batter is light, fish is moist and flavorful. Chips are fresh cut and made perfect every time we've been there. Tartar sauce is just right and coleslaw is tasty, not too oily, not to tart. The service is great! Super friendly. The price are better than any fish and chip joint we've come across. Inexpensive. The décor of the place isn't much to look at but we don't go there for the ambience. It's like a greasy spoon type establishment. We are customers for life. If you enjoy fish and chips YOU'VE GOT TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. :-

The lady who runs this place is VERY RUDE. She’s running the business to the ground with her horrible attitude and unprofessionalism. Save your time and your money and go to duckworths fish and chips on Kingston road!!! Their food and service is so much better. Take my word for it and thank me later.

I stopped in on Friday to grab a toasted western, ordered it through the rude Chinese guy. The lady came out to make it, she us nice and polite, what is disgusted me is the one egg, 3-4 specks of onion and ham, it cost almost $6. Not worth it at all. This was my first time and my last. I would not recommend this place at all. And the guy should get some customer service training, being in the hospitality industry

Awesome Fish and Chips. Amazingly not greasy. Salad options are delicious. Everything is fresh.
