Some breakfast sandwiches are better than others as you might expect, but they're all just a bit pricey. The pastry items not only look great but taste the same. Once again though, do you agree that $1.75 is a bit much for a cookie? You order and pay at the counter when you arrive and then with open seating they bring your food to the table. If this were my pastry shop I'd prefer to pay when I'm done eating in case the customer wanted to order something else. There's no attempt or opportunity for them to upsell anything and it's inconvenient to have to pay each time you decide to get something else. Beats Starbucks hands down as a place to sit with a laptop and fill your endless cup of incredibly good coffee.

I’ve been to First and Last Bakery Cafe for breakfast, ordered boxed lunches, but never ordered a cake. Before I did, I bought a cupcake to taste. It was perfect. The cake I needed to order had to be perfect. It was for my Mom’s 90th. I wasn’t very specific about decoration, but the cake exceeded my expectations. It was moist, delicious and beautifully decorated with chocolate covered strawberries and strawberry slices. It also passed the buttercream frosting taste test of my very picky family. I will buy my cakes from First and Last Bakery from now on. Thank you for making Mom’s day!

Always had a good experience here...But this time my espresso looked like an American coffee no cream on top and flat taste. Usually a problem of the puck not being packed properly. Even that is fine, but when I brought it up to their attention, I was told to add my own cream or order a cappuccino!! If you offer espressos, please train your staff properly!!!

Wish it was closer to home. Best place for fresh baked breads and pastry. Espressos too.

One of my favorite places for breakfast on weekends. You order at a register and the bring food to you. The bakery selections are amazing, breakfast options are numerous and more interesting/creative than just standard eggs meat and toast.
