First Citizens' Federal Credit Union Hyannis Branch

Customer service and professionalism needs to be improved. I had one run-in with a very rude teller that required that I park my car and deal with a manager inside the building. The teller was wrong; I was right. When I first opened my accounts, I was treated very nicely; after that, I could barely get the manager to interact with me. If my interactions required any more face-time with them, I would pull my money and go to another bank.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THAT THIS COMPANY DOES BUSINESS! THE CAR LOAN THAT I CURRENTLY HAVE IS THE THIRD ONE I HAVE HAD WITH FIRST CITIZENS AND IT WILL BE THE LAST! I HAVE SPENT NUMBEROUS HOURS TRYING TO GET AN ISSUE WITH MY CAR LOAN WITH THEM STRAIGHTENED OUT, AND THEY STILL CONTINUE TO PASS THE BUCK!

I have had an account at First Citizen's Federal Credit Union for 20+ years and have had nothing but great experiences there. I have multiple accounts and have gotten car loans through them. The tellers are always very helpful and pleasant and their loan officers are great.

We shut down our business account with them about 8 months ago, a month after that they reported a $95 fee to chex systems, not even a week passes before we pay that fee and settle our debt given it was a mistake on our end. Here we are 8 months later, unable to open another bank account because of them. Ive called and called, wasted to much time getting them to handle there problems, they dont even know whats happening. This has cost us to much money for me to ignore

They understand there are 2 rules. 1.the customers is always right. 2. If you do not believe that, then re-read rule no. 1.
