Location description wrong it's not inside the mall as there's no way of KNOW ING it is across-the street from plaza 28, DeAngelos ECT.. not easy to find when outskirts of mall

There was a woman who had red hair in this branch and was the one who was supposed to be helping us but was awful. After she was done talking to one of her friends she came over to my family and I laughing at us asking if we needed help. After we said yes she made us wait another 5 minutes until she was ready. We were trying to set up a debit card and she refused. I get it that she couldn't help us set it up because my daughter was to young but the way she went about it was wrong. Giving us nasty looks, rolling her eye, laughing etc... I hope someone who is above her reads this and does something about her. I will not be visiting this branch ever again.
