First Choice Haircutters

Very bad experience the staff are rude, I was waiting for 45 minutes and on my turn took a person came after me, when I objected then saying he has an appointment however, there wasn’t any thing like, the guy came and said something.... and she asked you are the next.... similarly another child cane in his dad also said something in other girl and she took the child inside of the room.... there is no rule whoever they want take it.... I left the store and complaining to customer care if they are really!!! I and my family won’t take ever at this location

Sahar & Moe are the reason me and my husband like going to this location. They both cut hair very well. Very skilled. And nice to chat with.

I started going to First Choice on Bronte Road when it was owned by Monica She provided the best cuts and colors I have had in years Sadly she sold the store I returned and my color was a disaster. I waited a few weeks hoping the brown would wash out and the expensive blond high lights I had paid for never came through I contacted the store and explained the situation I was told the manager would call me back to discuss. Not only did the manager not call she had a hair stylist call me to inform me that I would have to pay if I wanted it corrected There was no offer to provide any reasonable solution and no apology My friends and family were surprised by there lack of response or care to a customers concerns. We will not be frequenting First Choice haircuts on Bronte Road in Milton again.

Had my hair cut by Ashley. She spent time getting the details right and the results are significantly better than I'm used too.

The staff are all super friendly and skillful. I always leave with a great experience.
