First Choice Haircutters

After bouncing around a few first choices (ya, i refuse to pay 50 bucks to get my hair cut) I found this gem. The service was great, I've had two ladies cut my hair, where both cut it exactly the same. The consistency is something I've never seen before. The wait times are pretty decent during peak hours as well.

The majority of the staff here cuts hair just fine, with some being better than others. Though there are 1 or 2 barbers who do terribly. Often cutting hair much shorter than asked for, or outright ignoring what the customer asked for. Some things such as slight unevenness can be fixed upon request, but other times the haircut is simply terrible.

Steer clear from this location. The staff here act as if they are doing a favor by cutting you hair! To the franchise: Piece of advice - customer is king and customer service is paramount. No matter how much of a hurry you are in to shut the store on a Sunday at 5:30pm. My hairdresser was a middle-aged female.

Every time I've come here, I've had a terrible haircut for an expensive price.
