First Choice Dental

I have been to a lot of dentist in my years. This one is the best hands down. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and always there to listen. I had a procedure done and the dentist actually called me a over the weekend to see how I was doing. You do not get that kind of service in a lot of places nowadays.

Always have a great experience here. The hygienists and dentists are very nice and take the time to get to know you--and remember you! They take great care of you, and are careful and caring in their treatment.

First Choice Dental is very much a commercial enterprise. They are geared toward seeing many patients each day, and for the most part, they are efficient and orderly. Because they run at such a high volume, don't expect folks to know who you are. Be forewarned about strict appointment practices. While I've had to wait close to an hour or more in their waiting room because they got behind, they will cancel your appointment if you are ten minutes late--keep in mind the focus on high volume. The support staff can be spotty. It's not been uncommon for me to leave with one of my children only to need to return that day or shortly thereafter because something came lose or broke. In hindsight, I wish I would have chosen a more welcoming environment. Unfortunately, I'm locked into finishing up our orthodontic care there.

Loved my first visit! Very friendly staff and talked through everything that was happening and any recommendations. One of my best dentist experiences.

I switched to First Choice Dental after moving across town, and I'm glad I chose this location! The staff are kind and professional, and explained what they were doing (and why!) during each step of my new patient exam. I was in and out in hardly an hour with my next appointment booked before I left the chair. Great first experience here!
