First Choice Dental

I just had my third appointment for follow up and cleaning. I feel welcome the minute I walk in the door. The waiting room is clean, lots of reading and not a long wait. I have had to technicians, Abbey and Kelly. They are friendly, offer advice and suggestions and most of all, they are careful and thorough. Dr. Gallagher doesn't keep me waiting, checks my teeth and presents next steps without pushing services I don't need. He offers suggestions and recommends further treatment but leaves the decisions up to me--no pressure. Being retired I don't have a dental plan but First Choice offered me an alternative, Smart Choice Dental Plan. I don't know if other Madison dentists make this service available so for me the plan provides discounts that I really appreciate.

Holly is a fantastic hygienist! She's mature, just enough conversation to make you feel comfortable but not too much. She will give you a thorough cleaning and she's very gentle. Dr. Gunderson is absolutely by far the best dentist I've ever had in my life. Also very thorough and gentle. He helps to ease any anxiety you may be having during any procedures and will stop any time you raise your hand. Great personalities all around at First Choice Dental! Love them!

I had a fantastic experience here! New to Madison, and had to make the decision on a dental provider, I chose the perfect place! Attentive, caring staff. Beautiful office! I am definitely going to be going here for a long time.

Dr. Gunderson and Sue came in on a weekend to handle my emergency. They were so kind and professional. I really appreciate this level of care. I am so grateful.
