Dr.Mandigo (not sure if this is correct spelling) is an amazing dentist and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She is very quick and efficient. My kids are no longer afraid of the dentist! She is awesome and does a way above average job, she truly listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately.

Horrible place I was told to go there per my insurance and when I got there today to set up appointments for myself and my family (SINCE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE) I was rejected and told they DO NOT TAKE ANY NEW CLIENTS UNLESS YOU LIVE IN SUN PRAIRIE BECAUSE THEY (NOT SURE WHO THEY ARE) ARE MONITORING HOW MANY NEW CLIENTS THEY GET?!?!?!?!?!? I have never heard of something so ridiculous and the fact that I had to waste gas to drive out there because no one answers the phone I give them a one star rating only because you can't give them any lower. NEVER GO HERE DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME besides with rejections like this it wont be long before they have no money and are forced to shut down....o well.

I have never needed or wanted to give a review on this establishment. But when i was there yesterday for a cleaning and check-up I feel the hygenist did not do/finish the cleaning. I have always felt a sense of CLEAN afterwards for days. This time the minute I left the chair I did not I wanted to say so at the time but chose not to. It bothered me all the way home and still today. The check-up was good for i do know the history of my teeth. Even though there is a different dentist each year I go, and I get a different diagnosis each year.

Terrible customer service, take my advice: please don't go and don't spent your money and your time in this place.
