Firestone Complete Auto Care

For some reason I had them do my master cylinder for my brakes a few years ago, brought it back 2 days later because the brakes were spongy. They claimed they gave it a test drive because we asked them to, but the odometer showed otherwise. I test drove the truck around the mall and my brakes failed down the hill where they heated up so much it looked liked they were about to catch on fire. I avoided 3 accidents on the way down the hill. When I finally came to a complete stop and tried to go back to their "shop", my brakes were stuck and I had to put it in 4X4 because all I was doing was spinning the back tires. I argued with management and they still continued to lie to me and claim responsibility. Long story short...I recently blew out a brake line and just replaced it. When I went to bleed the brakes, I had noticed that they had rounded off both back bleeder valves thus making my simple job a lot tougher. I tried to "let it go" a few years ago, but they are still coming back to haunt me. So in conclusion, I would highly advise anyone to go to a real shop instead of their "trade school", even though that may be giving them too much credit. I will not risk my life and my daughter's for a "convenience" like that ever again. The only person you can trust is yourself. Feel free to message me. Thank you and stay safe.

Simply went for an oil change. Then they said i need my brake line flushed, new tires and new roaters. Wanted me to pay 526. Then he tried to push me and told me that he would do it for 400. How it was a great deal....not a great deal when all i wanted was a damn oil change.. Never going back EVER AGAIN

Got new tires here a few months ago and when I drove off the lot my car started shaking when I'd get to 45 mph. Brought it back to get the balancing issue fixed and was told "I hope that fixed it." It was not fixed. Brought it back one more time and they tried to charge me to look at the balancing issue. Also my tire stem broke within months of having brand new tires and they tried to charge me $120 for an allignment when I first got them. Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere reputable instead.

I got a alignment done they did not tighten my adjustable upper control arms for my Honda that was the main reason for the alignment drove it home to find out the bolts were loose I could literally hand turn them very unprofessional the work was horrible and a serious risk factor do not bring ur car here you are taking a big chance on your safety. If u need and alignment bring it to Vernon Firestone they fixed my problem first time the way it should have been. Horrible experience will not be going there ever or recommend

They are nice and accommodating but the work is sub-par at most. I do not trust this location to do the work properly. Several times I have used them and always something has been left out or I have been lied to.
