Firehouse Subs

First time ever at a firehouse subs and I enjoyed it. The sandwich was good, I felt like I got a pretty good sized sandwich for what I paid, and the staff was extremely friendly. There was a small line and they sincerely apologized to every person who had to wait as if it was some burden to have to wait in line for 3 minutes. Great work guys!

There's not a lot of Firehouse Sub locations around me so whenever I'm craving the turkey bacon ranch and I'm in the area, I always get excited. Pretty good food and I've always had good service experiences!Food: 4/5

Walked in to Order a medium sub. I was greeted by a guy trying to talk to me and turning his head so I couldn’t hear him. Basically they tell if I want to wait 35 minutes for 1 sub I can. The manager is soooo rude I know not to go there again!

Firehouse makes premium subs! Cheaper than Mike's, Better than Subway. Medium Steak & Cheese with a pickle spear in a study box for $8.99. Tasty, filling, I'd do that again and will.Food: 5/5

Horrible location, I walked in today and stood in line for 25 minutes without anyone even taking my order. The guy making the subs was watching a movie on the tv straight across from him so he couldn’t even concentrate horrible customer service bunch of junkies working.

Pulled in right at closing on new year's eve. Still got amazing, friendly service and quality food. The guys on shift deserve a pay raise!Food: 5/5

I wanted wheat for my sub, a male manager stated that white bread is healthier!! Not true his opinion was very racist to me. I am a brown girl. Yes, he should think before saying what he said!!!!
