Restaurant was clean, friendly employees, great food. Haven't been here in 25 years. Good value, will be back!

Loved the french fries! Should definitely offer these at all locations instead of the wedges. If you haven't tried them do it. My only complaint is that staff were wearing no PPE while doing drive through when handling money or my bag of food.

One employee working the entire store. Carryout order, took five minutes before she was able to take my order. Famous bowl combo and 3 chicken tenders combo. Took 15 minutes to get my food, got home and she didn't put the sauces for the chicken tenders in the bag. Worst service I've ever had at KFC.

Tried this place in the past with my friend and I am obsessed ever since. I liked the good mood and yummy dishes and beverages. 5 stars from me.

Sat in line so long to place an order at the drive through that I actually called the restaurant!!! Just then they took my very simple order. Had to repeat it TWICE!! Not sure what’s going on here, but, wow! Really in downtown Rochester?!?!??!!! KFC needs to look into this!! Drive through should NOT TAKE 20 mins!!!!!

Haven't been to a KFC in years. Excellent food, quick friendly service good value. A nice surprise for fast food.

This was the worst KFC experience possible. My famous bowl came out looking like a toilet bowl of poop with chunks in it. The chicken was swimming in gravy. The cookie was harder than a old futon. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you want to waste your money and time.

That manager Betty and Taz look pretty cute together. I can't wait till they have kids <3 Anyways, I love the place! At 9 I usually take my chicken strips and have a picnic with the racoons and stray cats out in the back while I smoke one with the cook.
