Firehouse Subs

Ordered three subs, 2 out of 3 where right. Third one wasn’t even close. Ordered smoked turkey and got brisket???? Not even close. Elderly lady after me was having an extremely hard time ordering, actually painful to listen to. I can safely contribute this to the language barrier! The steak sub was good though.

First time trying Firehouse Subs and it didn't disappoint. Had the New York Steamer with pickles on the side and wish I didn't have to share it. : Restaurant was clean no dine in, but that was OK for us, loved the decor and would definitely go back and try the other items.

Awesome! Food was great, staff was super nice and fast. I think that was literally the best sub I have ever had.

Service and food was was excellent. Very quick service. My only complaint was when you order a pop they give you an empty Cup and you go to a machine and put your cup in the holder and push a button, with Covid I was a little leary of pushing the button everyone has touch other than that our experience was great

Had a Spivey cajun chicken sub yesterday. First it was not Spicey or Cajun chicken. Second it was chopped chicken. Third it was 12 dollars for a 9 inch sub. I would not recommend this place on lundys lane in Niagara Falls Ontario. Not sure I will try one again

Customer service is always on top. They make great subs. Love the way they steam meat. It just melt right away. All ingredients in their sandwiches are very fresh. Absolutely amazing.

Good place for grab N go sandwiches or salads. Fresh food but limited variety in terms of veggies and chicken.
