Finnagan's Bar Bistro & Billiards

Probably the only place North side for pool so thats a plus. Finnagans is quieter than some other places for pool Ive been to and for me that was a pro. Color schemes is a little depressing, food is what one would expect, and the service.. the poor woman was working alone in a fairly packed establishment. She did her best. Props to Lisa who was running around doing what she could. I dont go to pool halls very frequently but price was about 30$ for a couple hours so someone can make a judgement call for that. I do feel they could use some more staff, improvement on furniture and interior decorating and well... not sure if they want to serve higher class food for the crowd that goes there often but theres room for improvment there as well. All in all a strong 3 stars Thanks for the fun times finnagan!

Food was mediocre, and service was slow and less than wonderful. Pool was fun though, for a dive bar.

Attended for a Christmas party! The overall restaurant vibes were great with just a few hiccups by staff. Orders were for the most part consistent however there were some who waited 1.5-2 hours for food even after talking to the waitress multiple times. Getting the bill was difficult too. Food was mediocre. Would go back for drinks but not for an occasion

Been there twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time a Thursday night was great. The waitress was on the ball and even paused out game while we were eating. The tables are pretty nice for a pool hall and the place is clean. The food was okay, nothing great, but pretty good for bar food. The second time Saturday night we brought friends and were very dissappointed. The service was slow even though the place wasnt very busy. Our waitress was exceptionally rude and couldn't even give us change. Would definitely go back if we had a different waitress, but she ruined the experience for us.

It's a nice place to hang out, pizza is really tasty and our kids loved it!!!

Great food, good price for drinks, very friendly staff. The pool tables are in perfect condition and it's always a good time. I've been coming for a couple years now and will keep coming. By far my most favourite pool hall

Finnagans is a good place to go. I find places like this great because it's not too busy. There's not a lot of noise. Its a great place to enjoy a few games of pool. There's a decent menu. I enjoy the appetizers. The best part is, it's not too busy. Open late on weekends as well.

It a fun and cozy place to play. They even allow kids to go in and play. Pool tables are nice, some were just newly replaced with new table cloth. Nice and clean and the people who serve are friendly too. Very much recommended

I used to really enjoy coming here but the waitress ruins it for me now. She's not friendly and doesn't pay much attention to the customers. She lied about what the special was that night according to the website, unless she hasn't bothered to learn the specials even tho she's worked there for months. She hungout at the VLTs with her friend and came around once to ask if anyone needed a drink. I've always worked in the service industry so I appreciate good service and you don't get that here anymore, haven't since its been this waitress. I emailed about the poor service and no one ever got back to me. Very unhappy and won't be back.

Use to be my favourite place to play pool now I just feel uncomfortable. Chubby lady with the tattoos and hair up working at the bar seems racist and doesn’t ever smile, paid for a full hour of pool and only here for 20 mins. Last week my ex boyfriend paid for 2 hours and got 2 beers, didn’t get the refund and ended paying for everything again.
