I purchased a pair of shoes at this location on Sunday. While I may have tolerated my unwelcomed shopping experience, but the dishonesty is what prompted me to review this store. I walked into the store and was not acknowledged by the 4-5 disengaged employees. Unlike other locations where employees approached me to assist with sizing, I brought the shoes to the register. The associate then told me they didn't have the shoe and had the audacity to ask me to put the shoe back on the wall! I ended up just asking for another color since I needed shoes for a present. My shopping experience was overall unpleasant. After taking my payment, the employee rated themself highly without my input. If given the option, my rating would be in the negative to the point where I'd consider returning the shoes. Love the shoes. Hated the reminder of the experienced intact with what I paid for.
Clean store and all but service was terrible. I went to pick a pair of shoes and every single employee we’re not interested in helping at all even after picking up my 2 favorite shoes. I will not shop in this location again just because we ran into 5 different employees and none of them even cared for getting or ringing me up for the shoes even though it was not busy at the time. Also, the clearance racks had shoes that wasn’t even on clearance and their explanation was “it’s the last size”.
The service is fine but the shoe cleaning stand right outside are harassing borderline assaulting finish line customers. I’m just trying to buy sneakers not get in a shoot out
Very nice helpful workers but I couldn't find what I like, they were out of my size. So I have to take whatever I find
Be careful when going into this store. Make sure you take a picture of the sale tag and how much the shoe actually is. I was going to buy hightop Nikes on sale for $70, but at the register it was $85 , and the receipt said sale canceled. I asked about it and was lied to. Save your time and skip this store.
The worst customer services they have it here only 2 employees for the whole shop this comment is not for them is for the owners to hire more people any people get crazy running this store only with 2 employees
No one greeted me when I walked in. The associates were all standing around talking to each other. No one offered to help me and I had to stand at the register for a few minutes before anyone noticed I was ready to check out. Will not be returning.
Actually had some really good speaker additions on show at this location for nicely discounted prices. If you're looking for some quality speakers have a pretty good price this is definitely worth a look.
I waited 1 hour for them to give me a shoe
Exceptional customer service. I made an order online. I received my sneakers at home a few days ago. I realized I needed to return the sneakers for a bigger size. I called Every finish line in my area, including the online customer service to see if they had the correct size so that I can make an exchange. They all had advised me that the sneaker in the size I needed were sold out everywhere. I attempted to call one last finish line and it happened to be this one. Dave the manager or supervisor on duty is the one who I spoke with. He listened to my problem and resolved the issue. He went above and beyond to call other stores in different states and found one store in Washington state who had the sneaker and size I was looking for. He had them ship the sneakers to his store so I could pick them up. Great customer service thank you for listening and resolving my problem in the most professional way. And that’s how it’s done ladies and gentlemen, Thank you Dave!
