My daughter just got married at Wagner Winery and Darlene did the flowers. She was wonderful to work with, kept everything within our budget, she even did a "mock up" of our bridal bouquets and table flowers a few weeks before the wedding so we could make any changes. Needless to say we were thrilled with everything. Thanks Darlene!

Darlene was wonderful to work with and is talented with flowers. I had a general idea of what I was looking for and she put it together and made it even more amazing than I could have imagined. The flowers were fresh, bright, and vibrant. She helped put together beautiful centerpieces that tied the whole room together. She was always responsive and a pleasure to work with. Not only was the quality great, the price was unbeatable. I would recommend anyone getting married in the fingerlakes region to go with Darlene.

I called to have a sympathy bouquet sent to my mother, who had just lost a loved one. It was 11:15 and they close at 12:00 on Sat., but my mom only lives 5 minutes away (I live 2 hours from her). The woman who answered the phone started off by telling me that it was "a little late to be doing a delivery..." and made it very clear that she was not thrilled about doing this for me. I explained the situation and asked if she could please help out. She then tried to dissuade me by telling me that the cost would be a minimum of $25, plus $15 for delivery. I told her this was not a problem, and she reluctantly began collecting my information. It was clear from the tone of her voice and dismissive attitude that she did not want my business. I then asked her to include white and cream flowers for the sympathy bouquet, and she insisted she had no cream, just pastels. So I asked her to use white and light yellow. When I saw a picture of what arrived at my mother's house, I was appalled! $40 for a vase full of daisies, carnations, and sunflowers! Who puts daisies and sunflowers in a SYMPATHY bouquet?? Completely insensitive and unacceptable. Very poor customer service.
