Awful, just simply awful. If you are not currently with this group. Find somewhere else to go, save yourself the trouble, headache, and stress. This place is utter chaos, it's painfully outdated, and the service that I have received over the past few years is enough to drive anybody crazy. I am doing everything in my power to find a new doctor, because I literally can not stand where I'm at right now. So disappointed in this office.

Contrary to the negative reviews about receptionists from some clients, I experienced a very positive encounter on the phone with a receptionist this week when I telephoned to leave a message for one of the physicians. My call was answered promptly by a courteous, efficient receptionist who was professional, patient and responsive to my inquiry. As a retired health care professional, I understand that working in busy medical practices in population-dense communities like Brampton can be challenging and stressful. Thank you!

Late for family doctor's appointment for 20 mins and they give you another appointment for 2 hrs later. No consideration. Receptionists are not nice enough to even tell you to wait to squeeze in when the slot is available. Extremely Dissatisfied.

Terrible service and never pick up the phones here. Trying to sort anything out is impossible.

Really good doctors but terrible receptionists and customer service. Receptionist are unprofessional and disorganized. If you have an afternoon appointment the wait times can be between 1-3hr to see doctor even with an appointment. On a positive note there is a blood clinic and walk in centre on site.
