Tammy is the most amazing physiotherapist. She is very knowledgeable and truly concerned about your well-being and recovery process. I have had problems with my legs and hips (tendons and joints), as well as lower back problems for years. Last year my condition got substantially worse, to the point where I could barely walk and could not do housework, gardening, etc. at all. I initially went to a sports rehab clinic and all they did was slap some heat pads and electrodes on me – I there for 4 months with no results. White Pine was recommended to me by a personal trainer at the GoodLife Fitness Gym (gym members get a 10% discount at White Pine). After 4 months of treatment with Tammy I am now at a point where I have a lot less pain and am strong enough to do the activities I enjoy. I am walking and cycling on a regular basis and can cycle 20km or more in one trip without pain, as well as doing my housework and gardening. Tammy works with the other team members at White Pine to provide the best possible treatment for your specific injury and circumstances to help you towards a speedy recovery. Wonderful physiotherapy and massage clinic. Both my husband and I are regular clients here. Debora provides an excellent deep massage that leaves you feeling refreshed. My husband also receives physiotherapy treatment from Tammy and enjoys the fact that she creates a custom plan to accommodate his areas of need.

I have been working with my physiotherapist Tammy for 2 years after a back surgery and I have been seeing great results! I have also worked with Dr. Leo for chirp and Debra for massage therapy. What a great team! Thanks for all the great work you all are doing!!!

Great staff and service. I have been to a few clinics in the past regarding my shoulder nothing seemed to work but after a couple months with Tammy I am finally able to have my full range of motion back. Very thankful and pleased.

I would absolutely recommend white pine to everyone looking to have their pain disappear. I walked (more like limped) into white pine with a lot of back pain. I was in a car accident 4 years ago and been to so many clinics but no one was able to treat me like Tammy did. Tammy was the only person to care about my feeling and pain and get to the root problem of getting it fixed. I believe she has healing hands because every time she works on my back it feels so much better than before. She is an amazing person that really cares about you and gives you hope that one day you will be back to your regular self and not worry about pain. It's been a few months now and I can honestly say that I'm 95% back to my normal pain free self. Absolutely love Tammy for everything she has done for me. Made me not only physically better but mentally as well. So if you are looking for help with your pain and want some real progress I recommend white pine all the way!!
