DONT SIGN UP FOR A WIN SAVINGS ACCOUNT!!! This institution takes that auto-transfer at all cost including before paying out our rent. Obviously not concerned for your saving habits if they return your check just to take your money and charge NSF fees all on a day that at end of business we had a balance with an extra $500 to cover said NSF check.

Great bank, bankers are really nice, loan rates are great. Online banking is straight forward. Loan officers are great to work with. Good location.

We are very pleased with the experience and customer service we received from Financial One Credit Union. Their staff was very Professional and courteous. Tammi at the Blaine, MN office was an absolute delight to work with. She went above and beyond to get use a loan we are extremely satisfied with, as well as the entire process. I will refer FOCU to friends and family in addition to our own future use of loans and banking. Thank you, two happy customers.

I LOVE my Financial One Credit Union. I had bad credit a long time ago and no one would help me. Financial One gave me a second chance and now my credit is AWESOME! I do all of my banking with them and refinanced my loans with Financial One and the loan process is fast, efficent and is explained in terms that I can understand. Tammi at the Blaine office is always so helpful, kind and courteous! Love the customer service she gives. She always has a smile and so willing to help me out with my financial needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this credit union. Thank you Financial One for giving me a second chance!

Financial One Credit Union has been a great experience not only as an Employee but a Member as well. I recommend Financial One to ALL of my friends and family. I enjoy helping our Members with their Financial needs. They have helped me with my financial struggles and everyday I see how much the Employees work together to help the Members. I don't know what I would have done without Financial One's help. When you walk in the door I guarantee you will feel welcome by the friendly employees and someone will make sure you get the help you came in for. I absolutely LOVE my Job at the Credit Union, and I will ALWAYS be a Member!!
