Excellent customer service. Bought an expensive pair of headphones, which were defective out of the box. Fillion staff was super nice and offered a replacement without asking any question. I even got an upgrade to a limited edition at no extra cost. Great service, will buy from Fillion for my next hi-fi needs!

Client for the last 15 years or so. Great place to find all kinds of hifi high end or less expensive tvs, home theatres, speakers. Super good customer service, and a good place for repairs if needed.
Edit: Changing this to 5 stars because I got a call from Fillion who assured me such delivery practices are not within their standards and I feel like their sales and customer service is really tip top. The sales team is 5 stars and honestly I had a better experience buying from them than Amazon and best buy. Props to Maxime who got me a great deal. 5 stars sales. The delivery is where I dropped stars. The delivery guys walked all over my home in their dirty boots. I have black hardwood floors and they just walked everywhere leaving dirt and dirty water stains all over it. I found it so rude and awful! My expensive carpets too. Not a care! They asked if they could use the bathroom as well, I said sure. One of them used it without closing the bathroom door fully and didn't even flush! So disgusting! I was really upset about it. Sales - excellent. Delivery - don't do it. Edit - Sales still excellent. Delivery - I have been assured that will never happen again.
Great customer service! I ordered a LG TV from them as the price was cheaper by $300 compared to Costco and other retailers. I am from ON, and their delivery service wouldn't deliver to ON. So they sent their own delivery guy to delivery the TV to my house! I thought that was impressive as they could have easily cancelled the order as any other retailer would have but they chose not to. Thanks again Fillion Electronique

I've had the absolute worst experience shopping at Louis Fillion. I made an over the phone purchase, buying the Band and Olufsen A9. Transaction was completed and my card charged the full amount. The staff was absolutely rude in the process, treating me like a fraud, demanding I be present at delivery with my credit card and implying that I could be a fraud despite sending my drivers licence, credit card and picture by email, and having had the transaction go through. Delivery time was confirmed for 10-1pm on Saturday, and after waiting until 1:10, I called, only to find out they had cancelled the delivery without letting me know and cancelled the order, claiming it never went through. Charge was still on the card and no refund. I had to go through my cc company to resolve charges. Worst customer experience EVER. I would NEVER EVER buy anything there again.
Wonderful store with a wide variety of high-end audio systems, headphones and TVs. Helpful and kind staff. Highly recommended if you seek mind-blowing audio
