Festival Hall is an intimate performance and event space in historic Inglewood. The Hall is also the new home of the Calgary Folk Music Festival office.

Story

Festival Hall is an intimate performance and event space in historic Inglewood. The Hall is also the new home of the Calgary Folk Music Festival office. We are very excited to be able to present the diverse indie, roots, traditional, and world music the festival is known for, all year round. The Calgary Folk Music Festival curates arts and culture events throughout the year in the hall, including film, food, theatre, poetry and workshops. Our 1600+ volunteer army uses the Hall as a meeting space as well, while our legendary annual festival of course remains on Prince's Island Park.

Picked up tix for Royal Canoe. Honestly, I had no idea where they were playing- I was just amped to see them. What an absolutely charming venue! Festival Hall is an extremely intimate playing space that provides every attendee the opportunity to really enjoy whatever show they are there for. The only downside was the lack of seating. A few configurations may get that figured out. Royal Canoe was amazing. As was their opener, Zoon.
A wonderful space in Inglewood for intimate concerts and events. There's a small kitchenette for snacks and drinks as well. It's easy to get to and very easy to find seating. Great venue if you need something smaller.
Great intimate place, I will look forward to the next show!

Our friends had a really nice reception there it's a really nice venue but it's probably for 150 to 200 people it's got a little bar at the front.you could fit more if you didn't need any tables .One thing to think about is not having a very hot day for your Venue because the place does not have AC in it you'll have to bring some fans because it gets hot but it's great for family events
Great venue, kind and helpful staff. REALLY GREAT PLAY!!! Absynth Bourbon Vodka & Sake was a revelation. Caroline Russell-King’s sense of pacing, and comedy balanced with pathos was spit on. The ending was perfect. The actors inhabited their roles and I laughed and cried and cringed with them. Bravi all!!!
I love this venue. It’s intimate, beautiful and the sound is great. Ben Caplan shows and this venue are synonymous to me now after seeing him twice here.
Excellent Hall. Very clean. Good view of the stage.
It's a great venue for theatre and events. Nice little kitchenette, accessible bathrooms w offices upstairs and elevator. I'm here for Calgary Fringe Festival every year.
Festival Hall is a hidden gem!! Absolutely love it.
