Jack Singer Concert Hall

Such an amazing venue. We are so lucky to have this concert hall in Calgary. I've been here several times and every single time the acoustics are next level. From watching the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra to a rock concert, everything is ridiculously amazing. If I have to have one complaint is that the staff is a little bit over the top in terms of taking a photo or short video at a rock concert.

This is such a fantastic venue for live music. The sound is always top notch and perfectly balanced. We have sat in multiple areas and have never had a bad audible experience. The chairs are well spaced and comfortable, love the drink holders. Everything is so clean. The concession has a nice variety of drinks, at very reasonable pricing. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The jack singer concert hall is a premium concert venue. Being build for acoustical performance the sound is remarkable no matter where you are sitting. Parking under city hall, which is right next door, is only $6 and well worth it as there is very limited street parking around the venue.

It has been my privilege to perform here over the years as a substitute percussionist with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as with a few other great organisations. The production staff - Luke Dahlgren in particular - are extremely helpful with respect to supporting me given the unique and cumbersome logistical needs percussionists tend to have. Have been here a few times now for concerts or events and it has been easy to find parking, the entrance, beer, our seats, the essentials. Great hall with great acoustics.

The venue is very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Mexican celebration we attended there had many performances with many different people and groups. The people who handled the sound system for these groups was awesome. The few problems they encountered were swiftly corrected and the quality of the sound they mixed was excellent. The right balance of voice to music. The right volume so as to not over power. For a live environment with so many variables they did an enviable job for which they should be proud. I hope that the management of the Jack Singer hall takes note. Your were WELL represented as a professional, high quality venue by these sound engineers.

Arts Commons is THE place for live performances. Well run, managed and great staff. No worries having a beer spilled on you and nothing happening like at that joke Saddledome.

Amazing place for performances. Great acoustics! The design and atmosphere were all upscale with lots of attention to details.

Almost back to normal at the Jack Singer Concert Hall. We had a beverage before the show but no intermission was permitted. A great night with Ashley MacIsaac and the Calgary Philharmonic!
