Ferroni's Allegro Cafe & Bistro Llc

It's a nice little shop in Middlefield. Seems to be family-oriented which we appreciate very much. Because of the reviews, my wife and I made a 45-minute trip to see what it's all about. I hate to be the only non-5 star review, but the coffee was really watered down. It was almost like grounds were used a second time and had hardly any flavor. It might have just been a bad pot, but it's not terribly hard to make coffee consistently. Plus the coffee is kept in about 6 pump things with different coffee types, which take a long time to fill a coffee cup. If you order something with a flavor, you'll get a paper cup with a shot of flavored liquid in the bottom and the rest is up to you. The young girl seemed to be a bit overwhelmed working the counter, so she might not have been having her best day. They had a steady flow of customers which shows it's popular with the locals. All in all, it was a nice visit to a small town, but we won't be making a special trip for this coffee. I hope your experience here is a better one, as most seem to be.

The people, the food, and the drinks are wonderful. If you're in Middlefield you have to go there!
