It was one of my extraordinary experience with a postal office. Very helpful and informed employees. Specially a young gentleman how helped us to fetch our envelope to add our missing document into that. Thank you very much !

Fedex is all mixed up. God forbid that you miss that 5 min window they deliver to your home and for some reason absolutely NEED a signature for an item.. on a friday. Then your item will be delivered on monday and if you call someone in India picks up and try for them to redeliver in the course of the day or go pick it up from ship center later on goos luck! a whole chaotic situation will ensue. Your item will be in another ship center they will lie to you and so on.

Really bad service, my package was supposed to be delivered today. The driver never come to my home and said I was not at home, but unfortunately for him I have security camera to prove it. I called the client service, but they told me they cannot help me…..

terrible experience. No one has any idea where my package went. I was taken back into the hands of Fedex since I wasn't home. And now I keep talking to different people and no one could locate the package.

The people working there were SO friendly and helpful; a gentleman named Pierre and his female colleague went way out of their way and beyond the call of duty to help me retrieve a difficult order that I had made a mistake on.nReally good people.
