Does anyone read the comments? Your message waiting on the phone for appointments is horribly stressful, always the same music and a guy who comes to talk to us every minute. Unbelievable to have such bad telephone service, it's enough to get nervous when you're waiting. I did not get the line after several calls and many waiting times, we are referred to the online site and what we get quickly, we have to pay for the service. What a disappointment, after paying RAMQ for 40 years, this is what they are offering me?

For a year I have been trying to have an appointment with my family doctor without success. I have blood tests, I have no feedback. So, I conclude that you have a family doctor on paper only.
Please change your call center technology!!!! I've been trying to get in line for an appointment for 3 hours. Or the line rings, rings, rings, without the voice system ever getting involved. When the voice system boards, we get a message that the lines are full, so hang up and try again. When I miraculously managed to get into the queue, it hung up after 20 minutes of waiting. Now, we start the process again. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is, it's always the same story. It's as if the entire city of Quebec is trying to have an appointment at this specific CLSC!!! Otherwise, regarding care, I have no say. The staff is very competent and efficient.
