Stopped with my elderly mother while running errands. Trent was amazing could not have asked for better service! He was definitely the high point of the visit. The food was average. Not bad for the price though. My only real complaint would be the cleanliness of the restaurant. The entry doors were disgusting especially anywhere that was glass. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days if not weeks. We were there on a Monday just after noon for lunch. Don't think it would be possible to get them that dirty in the hour and a half they were open before we got there. But again we did enjoy our trip to Fazoli's and will probably try it again. Trent is to thank for that!

We don't usually eat fast food like this - we are a pasta at home style fam...but it was Tuesday and they have a kiddos eat for $1.99 special so we thought why not.. The breadsticks were incredible and the Pasta was good. Service was super nice and quick. They recently redid the building so it was clean and modern. Will be back.

Amazing food, I got the original Italian and it was so good! Service was great and people were very friendly. Atmosphere was super cool, I really liked the design of the carpet and the walls. It was a little dirty but it was understandable and they were cleaning it up almost instantly. Overall 14/15 i would definitely recommend!

Stopped today for lunch and the service was fantastic! Our server was very kind and helpful. The food was also hot, fresh and very tasty. Great job!

Trent was FANTASTIC! My daughter even said “Wow, you can tell he really loves his job” and I agree! Trent was so respectful and the lunch special was the perfect lunch for us. I love that you’re able to pick two different items. We will definitely be back.
