Nice pick for birthday dinner! Good food, great drinks! A little pricey for what/where it is, but still a fun atmosphere. The gator was tasty!
We went on a burrito mission. There was so much yummy looking food coming out of the kitchen I wanna go back. The deep fried cauliflower looked like it was 2 heads of cauliflower and a meal in itself Ok back me. Hands down get the poppers. I’m not a hot person and I thought they had heat but nothing unbearable. These things arrive to the table and seriously look like a dinosaur egg. And they are DE-lisious. The sauce it comes with is like a creamy cheese but has some sweetness. I got the mini beef and bean wet burrito and it was like a normal size burrito. I love that it came with sour cream in the burrito. For the price this burrito is awesome. The red sauce was super cumin flavor. It was not horrible just not my favorite. A friend got the chicken burrito with white sauce and it was good. I’d get that. The drinks were kinda pricy but totally pretty potent!
A hidden gem! Please... if you've never been here, you need to add SkeeTown into your rotation. I've never had a bad experience. All the dishes are generous, especially if you aren't familiar with the Tavern portion sizes.
UNBELIEVABLE everything at Skeetown is amazing!!! The service, Carrie and Abby, the chef's and the food, we can honestly say best in the nation!!! Thanks we love this place!!!
8 Feb 2022: party of 5 tonight, 4 checks, Bella was our server. Very helpful and confirmed that SOYBEAN oil is used in the fryer. Our party had 16 oz Ribeye, fantastic. Burgers and chicken tender basket got no complaints from our friends. Bonus photos of some HUGE wet burritos! Ummm, it’s not on the menu… but order a lavender hibiscus frozen margarita and or a red Sangria and enjoy a great local place. Plenty of parking, bathrooms clean and well stocked, atm, touch tunes, lots of high hairs, handicap friendly. Our group met up about 5ish on a Tuesday and was not busy. We timed it perfectly! DELIVERY AND CARRYOUT!! 2018: Fun place, but not for large groups. We waited over an hour for our dinner, with a group of 13, the staff kept our drinks coming, checked on us frequently, kept chips and salsa full....The steaks were great, 12 oz rib eye with bourbon sauce.. great, appetizers awesome, service good. Large portions, good value. Bathrooms clean. Small outdoor seating area doubles as smoking section. Can be loud, if you're looking for quiet dining, this isn't your place, when it’s busy
The food was delicious. Arrived at the time they gave us, and the food was already cold. We just warmed it up...work on those "to go" order pickup times. But, overall, it was a great experience and delicious food.
I have never been charged extra for asking for mustard with a hamburger until now! Seriously they charged .50 cents for a side of mustard. The chips a salsa appetizer came with salsa in a small side cup. Needles to say its not enough salsa for a basket of chips! Lame! The burgers were huge and delicious! The best onion we have ever had but do not come with a dip, expect to be charged extra for dip if you ask....
They rob u even on the bill. Food sucks for the price that's forsure wouldn't drink there. Even the railings got residue. They have youngsters come in start getting them high n offer them a job... so every cent goes right back into it and they just take advantage of everything else
My wife and son always split the chicken fingers, and onion rings. Their fresh made ranch is amazing. I always get the wet burrito, I never leave there hungry, it's pretty sizeable.
Ashton is the best. She is always here w a smile and bright personality. We ask for her because she knows us so well after only a couple visits.
