Faubourg de l’Île

Only a few shops are left in this mall. Over the years it has failed to attract new tenants to revive the mall. Bringing a theater like Guzzo would've helped but that never panned out. The only stores I frequent is Pharmaprix, Dollarama, the delicious Pizza shop and the former Walmart. Been to Hart a few times in the past while the little ones were playing in the city's indoor play structure and was surprised to still see water leaks coming from the roof.

I've heard stories of this mall and it's glory days. Unfortunately it's a run down empty mess...it's sad but what can you do. UPDATE: Rumored to be demolished go make way for condos.

All stores are empty not much to shop around

The few tenants left are doing their best for their business, however the administration has failed attracting new ones, the shopping mall looks just depressing. It's a shame!

Nice place just park go in a shelter a mall some close some open

It's depressing being in there. It's gotten worse somehow with the low occupancy, it's sad. Would be nice to knock the whole thing down and build a sports complex with ice rink, indoor pool, and gym. Other cities have these, why can't we?

Ghost town. 90% of stores are closed...

I took a 20-minute drive to this mall hoping for a good shopping experience. I was extremely disappointed. This place has failed to attract any tenants. It is quite dead on the inside. The CD store was a nice place to visit but besides that, this was not worth the trip or the gas.

Cant believe how empty the mall is compared to when i was young

I haven't been to the mall in a while. It is almost eerie to see all the closed stores.
