$11 on average for a meal here, pretty good food! Burger comes with chips, and the "spicy" one I think it's the Cali is not bad! Not very spicy. Pictured is Philly burger.

Amazing! I am a fellow vendor at many of the markets they are at. I have tried everything on the menu and its all delicious. All the rice bowls are phenomenal and the sandwiches are fantastic. Whenever i see them set up i order a dirty rice bowl with pork belly added. Try it and you will see why. Well worth the price.

I have never had a better sandwich then the Trois Cochons. The roll is soft and has the perfect chew, with a bit of crunch from being grilled. The pork is tender and juicy and the vegetables are flavorful and provide the perfect balance. The side of homemade kettle chips with chili mayo completes this amazing lunch time experience.

Had the Duck Confit Sandwich for lunch. Perfect ratio of filling to bread. Tasty duck with classic flavors. Highly recommend. Update: found this truck again at Christmas event in downtown, menu was different but flavor was still amazing. I guess menu changes seasonally!

I'm not from Vancouver so I thought I'd give this place a try. It was one of the best sandwiches i've ever had! I had The Hawaiian and it was extremely flavourful, with a side of chips and chili mayo. Super nice staff, reasonable price and great quality! Will definetly try this again before I leave!

Two options for duck sandwiches. I went with the duck confit but each sandwich is loaded with generous toppings of mushrooms, grilled onions, garnish and sauce. A side chips with garlic mayo to top it off. For $11 the price point hasn`t gone out of line so far.

Amazing fries. Wish the fried chicken is not made of chicken breast...

Awesome dirty duck rice bowl. But the true star of the meal? Add $2 for the pork belly. You cannot go wrong

I have been to a few food trucks downtown for lunch usually either terrible service or terrible food. Fat Duck was incredible, staff were very professional, efficient and friendly and then I ate my sandwich, delicious!!!! I had the Philly! I will be back to try the rest of the menu. Thank you

Amazing sandwiches. Full of unique flavours and great texture. A really good sandwhich and worth every penny
